We like to have guitars from famous master luthiers and young talented builders in our collection, but we also like to give young, talented and emerging luthiers a chance. In addition to handmade guitars, we also have a small collection of study guitars for the classical guitarist and the flamenco guitarist at affordable prices. This way we can provide for the beginner, advanced and professional guitarists. You will never encounter bad guitars with us! (except in the stove)

Exchange guarantee  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your new guitar. You can exchange it within 5 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and delivered to you, of course, and after deduction of any shipping and packaging costs made. 

Trade-in guarantee  

Because we stand behind every guitar you buy from us, you can always trade it in with us! If you have purchased a new study guitar from us and decide within 2 years of purchase that you want to buy a handmade guitar from 3000 euros, we will refund the full amount paid of the study guitar!  

Sell your guitar

We can sell your guitar in consignment. If you have a quality guitar we can sell it through our shop. We make professional photographs and expose your guitar word wide. Contact us for the terms and conditions.

Guarantee  

Every guitar we sell has been personally tested and played by ourselves before it goes to the customer. You can expect perfect quality and service! We give a 1-year warranty on a used guitar and even a 2-year warranty on a new guitar!  

The warranty claim based on the above-mentioned additional warranties is justified if it is not caused by: 

• Products with reduced functionality due to use and wear.
• Damage due to inadequate maintenance or improper use.
• Damage due to not following supplied instructions.
• Products that have been modified by own repairs or damage caused.
• Problems due to fluctuations in humidity or other weather conditions.
