Before you buy a guitar
A hand-built guitar is completely human work. They are not made by machines or robots and will never be perfect. You will always encounter small imperfections. Every hand-built guitar is unique! We believe that the natural imperfection of the wood used together with the imperfection of the builder creates unique and special guitars with beauty, timbre and soul. If you prefer otherwise, we advise you to buy a factory guitar.
We make sound recordings of every guitar without added effects so that you can judge for yourself how it sounds. These are online and can otherwise also be requested. You can also make an
appointment
with us to listen to your beloved guitar online and live. Our guitars are selected using special woods and designed together with professional guitarists.
Purchase conditions
- Only buy a guitar if you looked well, listen to it and trust the quality! It is possible to visit our store on appointment in Hardenberg (The Netherlands)
- Also is it possible to make an appointment for a live video meeting to ask questions and see and hear the guitar live.
- For every customer we provide a 100 % committed service, information and advice before and after you purchase a guitar.
- You receive the guitar exactly as described and shown in the photographs.
- Within 5 days after receiving your guitar you got the right to send the guitar back with deduction of the sending costs en packing-materials (shipping costs may vary per country). Ofcourse we will have to receive the guitar back in original condition as we delivered it. After receiving the guitar and a thorough check on the guitar we will transfer the money back to the account it has been payed from.
- Buyers are responsible for customs fees and taxes applicable in their country.
- Call or contact the transport company yourself.
- Throughout the delivery process, we help with paperwork if needed.
- All guitars come with a hard or styrofoam case.

- After receiving the payment, we check the guitar one more time and we will pack it well and safe for Express transport delivery.
- All guitars are shipped insured. A signature from the buyer is required upon arrival.
- The buyer is responsible for the shipments and any customs fees and taxes that apply in his/her country.
- You receive a tracking number so you can follow your guitar.
- A signature from the buyer is required upon arrival.
Guarantee
- Every guitar we sell has been personally tested and played by ourselves before it goes to the customer. You can expect perfect quality and service! We give a 1-year warranty on a used guitar and even a 2-year warranty on a new guitar!
The warranty claim based on the above-mentioned additional warranties is justified if it is not caused by:
- Products with reduced functionality due to use and wear.
- Damage due to inadequate maintenance or improper use.
- Damage due to not following supplied instructions.
- Products that have been modified by own repairs or damage caused.
- Problems due to fluctuations in humidity or other weather conditions.
